We adhere to applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations while carrying out our work. Clients must ensure that the site is safe and accessible for our employees and subcontractors.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may cancel or terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to payment for services rendered and costs incurred up to the date of termination. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.
9. Confidentiality
All client data, project details, and communications will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noor Al Sayyanah operates.
